About the Foundry
Three decades of pouring wear-resistant steel.
Shandong Yongle Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is based in Tengzhou, Shandong, the historic home of the philosopher Mozi and the engineer Lu Ban. What began as a regional mining-machinery foundry has grown into a national high-tech enterprise dedicated to the design, development and production of high-end wear-resistant castings.
Its 40-plus engineer R&D team works alongside Northwestern Polytechnical University, the China University of Mining and Technology, and Shandong University, holding 7 invention patents and 16 utility-model patents across casting process design and metal-forming technology.
Production runs on German ABP medium-frequency induction furnaces and Japanese PLC-controlled heat-treatment lines, across four automated resin-sand and lost-foam vacuum casting lines, monitored end-to-end through an integrated MES/ERP and 5G+AI production platform.
